Warranty and Disclaimer
Our products carry varying lengths of warranty. Please refer to the individual item for it's warranty details.
Most of our products carry a 1 year warranty.
45 days warranty on hardware repairs, seperate from warranty on parts sold which is described above.
Due to the nature of software repairs, there is only a 7 day warranty on such repairs.
Any computer or equipment received on 'loan' from Prospect PC is entirely the responsibility of the receiving party.
Installation, removal, or damage to software on such piece of equipment is acceptable in the event that the hardware is unchanged and in the same or better condition as when the equipment was delivered.
Any damage to hardware will be billed to the receiving party.
Customer is responsible for software licensing. We will do our absolute best to keep you informed of your rights and obligations.
Only a "guesstimate" can be given before examining a PC.
